Byron Bay AcroYoga Intensive Skinners Shoot, 4th February 2018

Following on from the September Byron Intensive, come and experience the fun, play and exploration of Acroyoga teacher, Nirvana Pilkington. She is here to enhance your flying and basing skills.

Whether you are a beginner or more practiced in the art form, her workshop navigates through developing foundation skills with effortless ease and grace, yet builds your problem solving abilities to conquer any washing machine, movement, transition, progession with discernment.

Located in Byron Bay, two fun filled sessions will fill your Saturday with acroyoga goodness.

Session 1 – Find your flow 9am – 11.30am

Looking at ways to clean up your transitions, pour weight as a flyer and lever as a base. Together you make a fine, sweet flow and awakening energy in your partnership.

Session 2 – Double basing and flying 1.30pm – 4pm

Only ever seen one and one…. what if you included more people into the action, what dynamics unfold? Come play and discover the fun of working together.

Cost – $35 per session or $60 for both.
