Crunchy Panner Malai Koftas

Yesterday I complied a recipe and You Tube video on how to make Malai Kofta Curry by Bvhana’s Vegetarian Kitchen, so today I thought that I would compile the recipe and You Tube video on how to make the paneer cheese balls.

One thing is for sure, I really don’t think you can go past this malai kofta curry with crunchy paneer balls for any special occasion. What a great dish to treat your family, friends and guests. I’m sure that they will all enjoy this meal immensely and you will look like you have spent hours in the kitchen preparing and cooking.

To view this recipe, plus the gravy recipe for the malai kofta curry on Bvhana’s delicious recipes, please visit http://bhavnaskitchen.com/malai-kofta-curry/

Below you will find the You Tube video on how to make these crunchy paneer balls, along with the ingredients and directions.

  • Ginger, Garlic and Green chilli paste as per your taste
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder – Haldi
  • Garam Masala to taste

Directions

  1. Take a big bowl and add the above ingredients, except the bread slices cubes.
  2. Sprinkle a little bit of water on the bread slices cubes and knead into kind of a dough.
  3. Then add the prepared bread slices dough, into bowl as well.
  4. Now, mix gently everything and then again until you form a nice dough.
  5. Form into gold size balls.
  6. Fry all the balls on a medium heat or bake the balls in the oven at 350F. (175 celsius) Bake until the balls are golden brown in color.

I would love to hear how you went with cooking these crunchy paneer balls, please feel free to leave me a message.

Nicky Singh.
