This is wasim!
I am an Indian citizen residing in India !
I have been to Australia in 2007 & after studying cookery I have applied for PR as I had 7 bands in each. I used my voluntary 900 hrs experience to support my file but while the immigration check it turned out negative & I could not prove it true because the restaurant was shut down & I was unable to find the owner!!! I quit the same file instead of going to MRT ,,,, I then applied for 457 work visa but it has got refused because of no previous work experience as my lawyer suggested not to put the voluntary 900 hrs experience certificate as it has got negative response already while immigration check!!!
So I returned back in legal time limit without any overstay in may last year,,, now I am married and wants to apply again for my wife as a student in masters degree and myself as a student dependant ! How much are the chances for me to get successful in my application

My wife is an MBA student with dual specialisation in Human resource mgmt & banking finance! She has got 6.5 overall in IELTS

We been to New Zealand this month on student visa of my wife but came back without starting studies as my wife’s mother has got some medical conditions!

Can I apply again for australia for my wife as a student and me as a student dependant!!!!
