Yes..even I am interested. Can anyone (service provider) please let me know if I can buy Set Top Box (TV box)which can be connected to TV and to broadband router (via LAN or wifi – prefer wifi) to watch Indian TV. If its possible then you dont need PC to be on. I am sure there are many such devices (PVR) if you look on eBay. But I am not sure if it can work with Indian pay TV. I think pay TV are better because you get to choose what you want and you avoid all spam and adverts. WatchIndia tv based in US is good and I tried it before but now I saw they have TV Box available fro US $99.99. But shipping to Australia killing. It cost US $50 which is preventing me to buy. I was wondering if I can buy set top box from eBay and connect to WatchIndia TV or any service provider like Jadoo etc.
If its possible then there are so many Indian families here on coast, who would go for such thing. Its just that one of us has to buy it and then everyone will have it.
