Kids yoga guides your child through playful poses, movements, games and song.

Promoting a calm mental, physical and emotional state whilst cultivating a positive and balanced self image.

Developing posture, concentration, co-ordination and creating and focused and receptive state of mind.
This course is a must for all busy school children.

5-8yrs : Wednesdays at 4pm coinciding with school terms. $110

Pre paid registration is essential to secure you place.
