Using reiki practices, yogic philosophy, quantum physics, mediation and much much more you will go on a journey to find the truly authentic you and walk away from everything that held you back in the past to release your true potential!

Come join as for a life changing training experience, increase your consciousness to a new level and become a certified Reiki 1 Practitioner in the process.

9.45am – Arrive
10am – Welcome/house keeping
10.15am – Meditation/ Breathing exercise
11am – Connection/ Ice Breaker exercise
11.30am – Universal Energy/ Quantum Physics
12pm – History of Reiki
12.30pm – Atunement 1
1.30pm – Lunch
2pm – The Charkas
2.30pm – Atunement 2
3.30pm – Presentation of Certs
4pm – Finish

Things to BRING…

– own lunch (full kitchen available or the boat shed cafe is just across the road) *some healthy snacks/ teas supplied
– water bottle
– pillow to sit on
– a note pad and pen
