Si’s Mullumby

Si’s Mullumby plays the ancient, indigenous Australian instrument didgeridoo with a certain efficacy akin to the mystical. He has dedicated his life to this instrument after a deeply spiritual tryst with  India in 1992. He finds  the instrument a completely spiritual tool incorporating rhythmic breathing, meditation, music and the ability to express emotion.

Si has performed, toured and conducted workshops all over the world  along with his dance band Wild Marmalade. Their unique and fiery blend of rhythmic didgeridoo and drums has captivated audiences globally.
He is the first non-indigenous player to feature in Australia’s most famous venue, the Sydney Opera House.

Experience Si’s collaboration with Sonam Kalra in Sydney on the 12th Of September and in Canberra on the 23rd of September.
