Make Changes

FACILATORS:
Simon Borg-Olivier and Zoe Braithwaite

TIME, DATE & VENUE:
11-45 am to 2-45 pm Saturday 4th November 2017 at Yoga Synergy Bondi Junction (Level 1, 17 – 21 Bronte Rd)

ABOUT THE WORKSHOP:
This special workshop will be in two parts. Simon will lead the first part and Zoe will lead the second part.

Part One will include learning a simple, effective series of postures, movements and breathing that are a safe and effective way of developing core strength without stress. The sequence teaches you how to effectively and actively move from your core in a fluid way that develops:

  • strength without feeling stressed
  • flexibility with out overstretching
  • good circulation without your heart racing

Simon wil also give the keys to improving your balance and ability to work intelligently with resistance, which are the main tools that will be used in the second part of the workshop.

Part Two you will learn a simple but effective series of partner exercises that:

  • bring balance to the body through core activation
  • use equal resistance to seamlessly transition from one position to another
  • help support yourself and others to create strength, flexibility and balance

Acroyoga is a functional movement practice where you can learn how to balance strength and length across multi directional movement planes, while working together in challenging and playful ways.

Prerequisites: No experience in AcroYoga or having a partner is necessary for this course, but please let us know if you have any musculoskeletal problems or medical conditions and we will guide you accordingly

Cost: $99

Bookings: Book online here or call our office 93897399

Here is a full yoga class Simon taught in Goa during one of our Yoga Synergy Teacher Training Courses (it was shot by Love Yoga Anatomy)
