Tonka has opened its hidden laneway doors and is proud sister to four year old Coda restaurant, which opened to extraordinary success, receiving the Age Good Food Guide’s ‘Hat Award’ every year since its inception. Tonka explores the wonderful world of the Orient, where the magic of India is captured through its interior design and menu. Executive Chef, Adam D’Sylva and Head Chef Michael Smith take reign in the kitchen. While 2013 The Age Good Food Guide, Sommelier of the Year, Travis Howe  delivers an accessible wine list crafted around a modern Indian inspired menu.
