Dr. Prem Rathore completed a Masters (MS) and Diplomate of National Board (DNB) in General Surgery after his basic Medical Degree and further obtained his Diploma in Surgery (MRCS) from the Royal College of Edinburgh.
Dr Rathore then went on to complete his Urology training in New South Wales, Australia and as part of the training did a one year Fellowship in Urological Robotic Surgery at the Nepean Hospital. The fellowship year included advanced training in Minimal Invasive Surgery (Laparoscopic) in addition to Robotic Surgery.
Dr Rathore also undertook a Robotic Apprentice Programme in Los Angeles, USA.
Dr Rathore commenced as a consultant urologist at the Campbelltown Public Hospital in Feb 2016 and also has accreditation and clinical privileges at Campbelltown Private Hospital, Sydney Southwest Private hospital, Hurstville Private Hospital and Norwest Private Hospital.
Dr Rathore is also a Conjoint lecturer at University of Western Sydney and is involved in teaching of medical students.
Dr Rathore is well known for his approachability and patient focus. He is multilinguistic and well versed in various Indian languages like Hindi and Malayalam and can also converse in Arabic.
