Over the eight weeks we will sit together in circle to discuss and unpack theses ancient teachings.
We suggest journaling in-between sessions and an experiential approach of testing out and practicing methods outlined in the primary text we’ll be referring to is “The Bhagavad Gita”. The major themes of the Gita’s teachings are
