Explore Naada Yoga (Union with the divine through sound and vibration) with Geeti Dayashakti Rogers and Gyanananda (Jon Parry).
Geeti has been on the path of yoga, conscious movement, dance and spiritual growth for many years and has recently retuned from India having completed a Naada Yoga teacher training – The Heart of Sound.
She is delighted to be joined by Gyanananda, qualified yoga teacher and musician who’s life path is to share his love of music and mantra to uplift, inspire and heal.
Together they will combine their skills to offer an integrated and experiential introduction into Naada yoga that will include yogic sound practices, an understanding of the energetics of sanskrit, mantra meditation, movement, raga based kirtan and conclude with a healing sound bath.
No previous experience is required.
Then join us for an hour of Kirtan with Kate Phillips from Awakened Heart Yoga and the Blue Mountains Kirtan musicians, including Geeti and Gyanananda.

“For the last seven wonderful years, I’ve been in love with and practising yoga in Tasmania, revelling particularly in yoga’s musical aspects, helping to run yoga retreats, and participating in ashram living and music-making in Australia and India.
Now as an accredited teacher of the Satyananda style of yoga, I’m relishing combining my lifelong love of music with yoga, facilitating kirtan, naada, bhajan, mantra, sound healing and meditation, as well as asana, pranayama and yoga nidra. My main aim in life is to live healthily, happily and harmoniously and to help others do the same.”
