Our last session of MANAS at Lalor library will be on Mindfulness – Discover Freedom and Joy.
Qualified Yoga and Meditation teachers from Art of Living will be conducting a 1 hour session which includes:
• Gentle yoga stretches to release tiredness • Breathing techniques to boost energy levels • Guided meditation to unwind the mind and connect to the untapped joy within us
