Getting inverted in your yoga practice can be fun but it can also be intimidating. We’ll teach you how to get upside down and into other fun balancing postures, plus mix in some partner work to create connection between all the yogis in the room.
Great for students new to3the inversions as well as for advanced practitioners looking to expand their skills. Let’s have fun and sweat together. All levels welcome.
ABOUT ARIA CRESCENDO and GUS
Aria is a musician, singer and yoga teacher. She moved to Los Angeles in 2007 where she practiced at YogaWorks with Brock Cahill, Krista Cahill, Kathryn Budig and Vinnie Marino.
She went onto complete her teacher training with them.
Aria moved back to Paris two years ago for music and to open a yoga studio where she gets to practice alongside yogis such as Dice lida-Klein, Briohny Smyth, Dylan Werner, Patrick Beach,YogaBeyond and many more.
Gus has trained and competed in Judo and Jitsu. He’s completed a yoga intensive training at YogaWorks in Los Angeles as well as 300-hours with BryceYoga and YogaBeyond.
His classes combine the influences of martial arts, acrobatic gymnastics and traditional yoga practices. He co-founded Warrior Yoga is Paris with Aria.
