Nana has a working background in psychotherapy and welfare and has been on the yoga journey for around 18 years.
She is passionate about teaching gentle and beginner classes as well as teaching seniors, which is a way she can continue to teach Yoga whilst managing her own issues with Autoimmune Illness.
She has additional training in Yoga Therapy which will largely contribute to the content of the workshop.
Her diagnosis with Hashimoto’s Disease and a turbulent roller coaster ride of debilitating symptoms began in 2010. However, telltale signs of autoimmune illness began in childhood.
Nana is passionate about sharing her personal journey of learning, healing and acceptance through both the western and the eastern approach and hopes to empower other people suffering with Autoimmune Illness beyond their confinements.
During the 3-hour workshop, you will gain new insights into perspectives and resources that better support you on your Autoimmune Illness Journey.
You will learn valuable skills on how to better manage your symptoms together with like-minded people. The group will be small and intimate.
There is no prior requirement. This class is accessible to ALL who deal with an Autoimmune Illness, as well as their partners and carers.

No matter if you are having a good or bad day. This workshop will ensure a SAFE SPACE for everyone. Participants may chose to proceed to a nearby cafe for further social interactions and exchanging details.
