Join us on the Bondi to Bronte walk to support the “YES” vote on marriage equality.
As we’ve seen, this postal vote has unearthed huge amounts of negativity, mistruths and anger – and it will continue until we achieve equal rights. Opponents to equality are extremely outspoken and the damage they cause should not be underestimated.
This walk is about positivity and optimism. We’d love to see people in their brightest outfits, enjoying this iconic coastal walk. It’s a day to bring light to the issue without fuelling negativity.
We can counter negativity by showing support to equality through VISIBILITY.
It’s to show what Australians really believe in – to show it’s time for CHANGE. 
 
No need to walk in anger – this walk is about supporting LOVE.

Starting at Bondi Beach (south side) – staggered start times from 9am to midday.
More notes on the walk: 
— Wheelchair accessible from Tamarama to Bronte only.
— This is a dog-friendly walk – however, they must be on leashes and are not allowed on beach areas.
