Kerala Hut is a finest culinary cuisine of Kerala in Coburg.
Kerala is situated on the south western coast of India, a country in South Asia. This tropical paradise enjoys a unique topography with Arabian sea, a part of the Indian Ocean on the west and the Western Ghats on the east.
The cuisine of Kerala, a state in the south west of India, is linked to its history, geography, demography and culture.
Kerala cuisine offers a multitude of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes prepared using fish, poultry and red meat with rice and typical accompaniment.
Chillies, coconut, curry leaves, mustard seeds, tamarind and asafoetida are all frequently used.
Kerala is known as the “Land of Spices” because it traded spices with Europe as well as with many ancient civilizations
CHEFS: Both of our chefs are highly experienced in preparing foods of North and South India. We are particularly experienced in preparing traditional Kerala foods such as;

Our meals are made from good and fresh ingredients. We use minimal salt and sugar, no added MSG. Food is prepared in accordance with Indian tradition and recipes.
