*Dance off the Winter Blues*
Join us to learn this colourful and energetic form of modern Indian dance!
Inspired by the high energy music of Bollywood movies, this form of dance uses vibrant, cheeky and graceful choreographed moves that are a sure way to have a great workout and lots of fun!
Monsuun dance workshops teach some of the basic Indian “mudras” (traditional hand gestures) and facial expressions, along with popular Bollywood dance moves.
After warming up with basic dance steps and technique, you will learn a fun choreographed routine.
Date: Saturday 19th August 2017 (Saturday)
Time: Register at 2:00 pm, Workshop runs from 2:15 pm – 3:45 pm
Venue: Lane Cove North Shore Gym. Level 1 Market Square, 24-28 Burns Bay Road, Lane Cove (Please head upstairs to the Group Fitness room).
Cost: $20 per person (Please bring exact cash as we have no credit card facilities or cash kept on premises)
What to wear: Comfortable workout clothes, barefoot or with supportive sports/dance shoes. Ladies, feel free to wear bangles, bindis and scarves(dupattas) if you would like to get into the Bollywood theme!
