In this cooking demonstration, you will learn the basic tools to support and find balance during this time of season transition where the emphasis needs to be on warmth, nourishment, lubrication, stability and routine.

Jesica is very passionate about aligning people to their true nature, inspiring and sharing her experience of how Ayurveda has transformed her life.
Since travelling to India 3 years ago, she has dived deep into this science of life, constantly traveling to India to do Panchakarma, go on pilgrimages, travel and train in Ayurveda with the Raju Family.
Workshop will include: Demonstration on how to make Ghee, Tridoshic Dhal, Kitchari, vegetable curry.

Jesica is an Ayurvedic Chef and Therapist who offers workshops, private catering and Ayurvedic treatments.
Jesica blends her kitchen experience of coming from a traditional Italian Family, with her devotion and dedication to Ayurveda, particularly the cooking and nutritional components.
Jesica is currently studying with Australasia’s most experienced Ayurvedic expert – Dr. Ajit (BAMS), at the Australasian Institute of Ayurvedic Studies (AIAS).
