Lydia Lassila is an Olympic gold medalist, mother and successful businesswoman who will inspire you with her story of how she turned adversity into advantage.
The aerial skier, who is training for her fifth Winter Olympics next year in South Korea, founded BodyICE in 2006 after suffering a career-threatening injury.
While jumping in the semi-finals of her second Winter Olympics in 2006, Lydia landed badly and ruptured her knee. Frustrated with the inefficiency of the cold therapy products available during rehabilitation, Lydia set her sights on designing and developing a product to fulfil her needs.
BodyICE, a range of icepacks that are easy to travel with, was born. Since having children, Lydia has expanded the range to include remedial maternal and child-friendly cold and heat packs that are sold around the world.
Join Lydia for dinner and learn how having a clear, unwavering vision means you can not only achieve your goals but take your business to new heights.
