Join Dustin for a full-body ‘rolling’ session is followed by a guided focused breathing meditation which will allow you to experience a state of deep, conscious relaxation.
Think of this workshop as stress relief oasis, a place where you’ll learn self-massage techniques using the Yoga Tune Up® Therapy Balls to soften the muscles and fascia of your stress zones.
This workshop will be focused on the main body parts that hold our stress: the neck, shoulders, jaw, back, chest and belly.
Throughout the workshop, there will be plenty of savasana to integrate the serene, tranquil feelings that will flood your body from head to toe.
The goal is to leave with plenty of tools to so you can find the calm in your everyday storm. No yoga experience necessary. Students of all levels are welcome.
