It is the refined skill of working with energy using postures, movements, relaxation, breathing techniques and focused intention to achieve harmony of body and mind. • Learn Standing Postures and Animal Postures. • Learn a Seated Sequence. • Learn how to apply Yin and Yang Principles, The Meridian System and Five Element Theory to your practise. • Learn 3-dimensional movements, breathing techniques and energy (Qi) control to increase energy production promoting blood, digestive and mental circulation. • Learn how to apply Dantian movement and breathing, lifting and massaging the internal organs and circulating energy around the body to enhance health and vitality.
MEDITATION Your body needs to be comfortable to allow meditation to happen naturally. After working on the body we will drop into the heart to find balance and stillness. • Learn awareness of body, breath, sensations, emotions and thoughts. • Learn how to surrender, let go and connect to your natural, true self on the path of self improvement.
