INSURANCE CLAIMS
When there is an accident between two vehicles the majority of the time the easiest way to have your vehicle repaired is to lodge an Insurance Claim. As most repairs nowadays exceed peoples excess this is normally easiest for the customer so that the don’t have to pay more than they need to.
AT FAULT CLAIMS
If you have caused an accident and are lodging an Insurance claim you may have to follow certain criteria from your Insurance Company. This may include having two competitive quotes from different repairers. If you have choice of repairer then you only need one quote and do not have to have your car quoted by anyone other than your preferred repairer. NOT AT FAULT CLAIMS
If you have been involved in an accident and are not at fault you can have your vehicle repaired a number of ways. As it is not your fault you tend to have more options available. You can have it repaired through your own Insurance Company, through the other parties Insurance Company or go through a Third Party Recovery Process. Where possible we will have a replacement vehicle supplied to you at no additional cost even if you don’t have a hire car policy on your insurance policy. We will discuss each process with you and help you decide which process will be easiest and best suited to your needs.
