Panjabi Sangeet centre is not for profit organisation it started in 1994 .PSC was started as a Recreational group for Indian and Australians to promote Punjabi culture and values in Australia. During the early days PSC had done lots of stage shows and programmes to promote Punjabi culture. In 1995 the founder of PSC Devinder Singh Dharia started Bhangra classes in Sydney. PSC has organized many successful events including:- Yamla Jatt night, Surinder Kaur night, Kavi Darbars and many more other events. In 2000 in the opening ceremony of Olympic games PSC team performed Bhangra in Olympic park. Since 2004 PSC is organizing Vaisakhi Mela in Blacktown, Sydney, which is one of the biggest events of Punjabi’s in Australia. 3 May 2015 is going to be 12th greatest year of Vaisakhi Mela in Blacktown showground.
Sydney Multicultural Kite Festival 2017
KITE FLYING: People of all communities participates by bringing the whole family along to enjoy a day of fun and kite flying! Kite flying festival in Western Sydney including DJ, music, food stalls, merchandise stalls, face painting, fun rides, fireworks and much more.
BEHIND THE SCENE: The most colourful events of YUVA GUJARAT. Organisation and its team is a part of many other cultural events and festivals as well.
AUSTRALIA WIDE: Event will be done in Sydney, Melbourne and Perth in 2017 with an eye to promote multiculturalism and international brotherhood.
