Dilli6 is a concept food truck, re-inventing the traditional Delhi night food with an inspiration from the food streets of unforgettable Old Delhi.
We are about street style dining out and PARANTHAS IN THE CAR experience.
Conceptualised by a brain with a decade of experience in the Melbourne food industry, it is an attempt to add a variety to the late night food options. Specialising in the famous Delhi style tawa paranthas (stuffed wholemeal Indian bread); we currently trade on the very busy Old Geelong road from 6.00 pm till 1.00 am from Tuesday to Sunday.
Our mobile concept kitchen offers a great experience of a casual eating out and is unique for parties and events as you can impress your guests with live and hot paranthas and curries.
Our Veg paranthas include Alloo (potato), Gobhi (cauliflower), Piyaz (onion), Mooli (radish), Mix (all these mix) with Keema (goat mince) and Anda (egg) in the Non-Veg options.
With a rotating curry menu every day, our Goat curry and Egg curry is already a hit and has always been a sold out item of the day.
Irrespective whether you are from Delhi or not, there is a reason to come to us, either to re-visit the street style dining out or for the first ever paranthas in the car experience.
