Held from 17-19th June, 2016 at Mt Gravatt Showgrounds. This is a family friendly, Queensland’s Showcase Cake Event featuring 20+ workshops with high profile cake artists from Australia and overseas.
Amazing opportunity to learn from Faye Cahill, Handi Mulyana, Jessica Pedemont, Greg Cleary, Jacquie Goldstaiz and many more.
There will be four free demonstration booths, where there will be cake decorating dems on the hour every hour. Other events and activities include 21 Shops/Stalls within the Exhibition Pavilion, An incredible Cake Decorating Competition and Display (Theme Big Bold and Beautiful) so expect some amazing things.
A beautiful Wedding Cake Competition and Bridal Display. It doesn’t stop there! There will be a live Cake-Off Challenge, DIY Cupcake Decorating Stall, and a kids cookie decorating corner, On the Saturday Afternoon 4.30 – 6.30, there will be High Tea with the Stars. 
This will be a fun flled presentation event where competition and Cake-Off awards will be presented. There will be plenty of opportunities for autographis, book signings and photographs with your cake hero’s throughout Expo.
