Please join South of the Border Records and friends for a warm night of music at Brisbane Multicultural Arts Centre (BEMAC) in July.
Ravi Singh, Head of SBR has curated a night of music from around the world with acts ranging from Indian Classical Music all the way through to contemporary western music.
Bagyam Fine Arts A group of musicians led by Sitar maestro Sudha Manian. Performing Indian inspired music and dance. Sudha also offers lessons in Indian music. See the page for details.
Samadhi Ensemble A truly cross cultural collaboration with Noor Samadhi heading up the group on Harmonium and Voice, Ravi Singh on Tabla, Travis Taylor on Persian Tar and Sidhart Gurnal on electric keyboard. Samadhi Ensemble perform Afghani Light Classical Music and original compositions.
Ravi Singh Leader of South of The Border Records and Singh’s School of Music Ravi is a well known and sought after Tabla player and teacher. Ravi is known for his approachable nature and incredible speed on the tablas.

Sahaj Sangeet Sahaj Sangeet (music within) are a group of musicians from various backgrounds and cultures. We perform a selection of North Indian light classical, devotional and folk music using traditional and non-traditional instruments including Sitar, Tabla, Harmonium, Guitar, Dholak, Djembe, Chimta, Manjira and Tambourine.
Danny Lee Danny will be performing a solo on western Drumkit. Danny is a teacher and performer in Brisbane Australia.
