The accident happened on Sunday afternoon 10th Jan 2016, when Rupendra Datta (Owner of Urban India restaurant) was travelling with his family to the Taj Mahal.
The accident happened due to the burst SUV tyre which caused the car to hit the safety barrier and flip over in the path of oncoming traffic.
Ms Anamika Datta, 45, and daughters Nikita and Pipasa, aged 12 and 15, and her sister Sonia, 25, died at the scene.
The Dattas’ 20-year-old son, Tirvijai, died in hospital a short time later.
Mr Datta and his father-in-law, NK Paliwal, are being treated in hospital after surviving the crash.
Mr Datta, originally from New Delhi, runs the Urban India restaurant on Henley Beach Road in Adelaide.

Two other passengers, Digvijay and Shambhu Paswan, survived the crash.
Paswan was the driver of the vehicle according to NDTV.
Australia’s Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade has confirmed the deaths and is providing consular assistance.
