Crunchy Panner Malai Koftas
Yesterday I complied a recipe and You Tube video on how to make Malai Kofta Curry by Bvhana’s Vegetarian Kitchen, so today I thought that I would compile the recipe and You Tube video on how to make the paneer cheese balls.
One thing is for sure, I really don’t think you can go past this malai kofta curry with crunchy paneer balls for any special occasion. What a great dish to treat your family, friends and guests. I’m sure that they will all enjoy this meal immensely and you will look like you have spent hours in the kitchen preparing and cooking.

Ingredients
<ul>
<li>3/4 cup Ubla Aloo – Boiled, Mashed Potato</li>
<li>3/4 cup Shredded Paneer (Chhenna)-Indian Cottage Cheese</li>
<li>3-4 tbsp Finely chopped onion</li>
<li>3-4 tbsp Finely chopped Coriander leaves – Dhaniya</li>
<li>Ginger, Garlic and Green chilli paste as per your taste</li>
<li>1/4 tsp Turmeric powder – Haldi</li>
<li>Garam Masala to taste</li>
<li>Salt to taste</li>
<li>2-3 Bread Slices, cut into cubes</li>
</ul>
Directions
<ol>
<li>Take a big bowl and add the above ingredients, except the bread slices cubes.</li>
<li>Sprinkle a little bit of water on the bread slices cubes and knead into kind of a dough.</li>
<li>Then add the prepared bread slices dough, into bowl as well.</li>
<li>Now, mix gently everything and then again until you form a nice dough.</li>
<li>Form into gold size balls.</li>
<li>Fry all the balls on a medium heat or bake the balls in the oven at 350F. (175 celsius) Bake until the balls are golden brown in color.</li>
