I am student in tafe college in certificate 3 hospitality commercial cookery. I am 4th month pregnant. I worked in my college kitchen approximate 6 to 7 hours continuously and they didn’t gave me any break and some time i lifted heavy objects. My teacher told me if i can’t lift any thing heavy and i need rest within 7 hours period,  i will need a medical certificate.
When my docter gave me medical certificate stating that i can’t lift heavy objects and can’t stand prolonged. I showed this medical certificate to my college and they told me i can’t continue my study and i need to defer my course.
I already paid my full fees in advance and I only have 2 months of study left. Next year they don’t have commercial cookery so i can’t deffer this course to the next year.
My college told i can take addmission in any other course but i need to pay again. They are not giving me permission to complete my study, not giving me release letter, not refunding my fees, so what i can do.  My visa expires august 2011.
