We are currently seeking for a full time experienced Chef/ Cook The main things that you would be doing include: Prepare, cook and plate/serve meals on a daily basis, themed special events and treats Maintaining and ordering stocks and supplies Menu planning, Contribute to new ideas for our menu Practices Safe food handling techniques in food preparation and storage Maintains a safe and sanitary kitchen, pantry and storage areas Keeps a daily record of menus To work on the principles of Food Safety Standards About you: We’re looking for candidates with the following attributes: Be able to work at dinner and public holidays Experience in North Indian Cuisine.
