Dutiesand responsibilities The Restaurant Manager is required tocoordinate a variety of activities, as well as maintaining a high standard offood service and health and safety.
Including but not limited to:
Deliver high levels of customerservice
Recruit, train and manage careerdevelopment plans for staff
Manage teams
Planning and coordinating menus
Drive sales and Profitability
Maintain all OHandS operationalrequirements
Manage costs and expenses
Develop a competitive spirit amongststaff
Encourage and develop staff toexceed KPIs
Manage rostering system
Implement marketing activities Skills and experience
