Expect to work with a team of experienced chefs who willmake most dishes in house using quality produce.

The successful applicant should have:
-Qualification and min 4 years experience in similar role
·Ability to work in a fast paced al-la-carte establishment
·Highly organised, efficient, hard-working andproactive
·Self-starter, problem solver and naturalcommunicator
·Have a flair with plating and presentation
·Trade qualification
· Ability to follow recipes and costings
·Should be available to work Lunch and Dinner asper roster
·Positive attitude as negativity has no place inour workplace
