We are currently seeking for a full time experienced Chef/ Cook( South Indian and North Indian Cuisine) to join our existing team of hospitality professionals.You will need to be a highly motivated and an enthusiastic individual that thrives on service excellence.
What you would be doing
The main things that you would be doing include:
<ul>
<li>Food preparation and cooking, plating, presentation</li>
<li>Maintaining and ordering stocks and supplies</li>
<li>Menu planning</li>
<li>Practices Safe food handling techniques in food preparation and storage</li>
<li>Maintains a safe and sanitary kitchen, pantry and storage ares</li>
<li>Keeps a daily record of menus</li>
</ul>
Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for candidates with the following attributes:
<ul>
<li>Able to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and public holidays</li>
<li>Minimum 5 Years of experience in Indian Cuisine.</li>
<li>Creative, and passionate about food and providing high standards of food service</li>
<li>Positive attitude and ability to thrive under pressure</li>
<li>Work Cooperatively with staff and customers</li>
</ul>
Education and Experience:
<ul>
<li>Diploma/ Certificate IV in Hospitality</li>
<li>Minimum 5 years of experience in Indian cuisine.</li>
<li>Ours is a well established and popular fine dining Indian restaurant located in Brisbane, Australia</li>
