I have conducted namely, but not limited to, Employer Sponsored visas,Protection, General Skilled Migration, Graduate Temporary 485, Temporary Activity 408, Family Migration, Partner, Business Migration, Work and Travel Visas, State nomination and Skill assessment authorities to name a few. I have demonstrated working knowledge of the Education Services for Overseas Students (ESOS) Act, National Code and Student Visa Regulations. I have produced Business Plans for 489 (Tasmania), Nomination reports for employer Sponsored Visas and provided technically sound advice and written submissions with optimum outcomes using LEGEND research tool and LEXIS-NEXIS database for Ministerial Interventions, Judicial authorities i.e Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT), VCAT, Federal Circuit Courts (FCC), Federal Courts (FC) for appeals and reviews. I have an extensive knowledge management of CRM/CMS and LEAP, maintained a healthy network and affiliated with RTOs and RPL providers’ inclusive Student Placement Agencies for potential client base.
In my capacity as a Solicitor, I have provided sound and current legal advice and legal representations to individuals involved in criminal, quasi-criminal, civil and administrative law issues and I have strong oral and written communication skills in English including the ability to write complex reports and skills in public speaking. As a Parliamentary Draftsman involved in legislative drafting and policy matters, a Federal Counsel and lead legal Research Officer advising the Attorney General’s Chambers on International, National and State cases entailed long hours, working to the end of the Parliamentary sitting and meeting tight deadlines, often in a high-pressure environment.I also acquired professional interpersonal acumen including the ability to develop and maintain effective stakeholder relationships and influence successful outcomes in a fast-paced work environment. I applied advocacy, conceptual and analytical skills to research, analyse,develop, review, evaluateand resolve complex problems. As part of my involvement with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees as a Legal Officer, I gained the experience in eligibility assessments for displaced individuals and advocated for human rights of individuals in detention
