<p>We are recognised specialists in restorative and cosmetic dentistry. The majority of our patients are referred to us from our general dental colleagues; however it is not essential to have a referral to see a Prosthodontist.</p>
<p>Dr Kunal Pandya is a specialist Prosthodontist. After attaining his Bachelor of Dental Science from the University of Queensland and practicing as a qualified dentist for several years, Dr Pandya undertook a further three years full-time training at the University of Melbourne, completing his Doctor of Clinical Dentistry in Prosthodontics.</p>
<p>Prosthodontics is a registered dental specialty with AHPRA. Specialist prosthodontists, such as Dr Pandya, are highly skilled in treatment planning and executing more complex dental cases (multiple missing teeth, badly broken down teeth, cosmetic dentistry) as well as the simpler, restorative cases (single tooth replacements, single crowns and veneers).</p>
<p>Dr Pandya has been in specialist practice for 4 years in Collins Street and is available to treat patients in Ivanhoe and Traralgon. He ensures that great thought and assessment is put into planning his patients' case, based on the latest evidence-based practice and current dental literature. Patients and referring dentists can expect a comprehensive treatment plan along with fee estimates prior to commencing any treatment. They can be confident that their care will be considered every step of the way.</p>
