In relation to Family Law matters, I am able to represent clients from anywhere in Australia and also Australians living overseas. I have experience in representing Australians based internationally, in respect of divorce, parenting matters, and property matters.
Also, in relation to Family Law matters, I appear in Court for the clients for most hearings, save for complex interim hearings and trials rather than hiring a barrister, so that saves the client money.
For the areas of practice listed in 2-5 above, they are State based so I can only represent Queensland clients.
