SANJHI AWAAZ is Punjabi radio station based in Melbourne (Australia) catering for all age groups of the Punjabi and Hindi, speaking communities in the Melbourne VIC (AUS) and across the world online.
We feature Bhangra, Poetry, Folk Music, News and Reviews, Religious and Spiritual Music and much much more. We broadcast across the World online, so everyone around the World can listen to us.
We are live !
Broadcasting crystal clear audio sound. The radio is available 24×7 through Internet and on 88.9 FM (Every Sunday 8 pm to 10 pm) also on Smart phone via App Store and Google Play store.
Volunteering 
Thank you for your interest in Sanjhi Awaaz Volunteer Program! Volunteers must be at least 18 years of age. We look for individuals who are motivated, independent workers, team players, organized, efficient, and excellent communicators with a love of music and knowledge of Sanjhi Awaaz mission in the community.

Internship 
Sanjhi Awaaz offers internships in all areas of radio broadcasting. Interns will gain real world experience in a broad array of fields including music programming, production, online, marketing, development, business support and administration.
Sanjhi Awaaz interns will learn skills in business communication, project management, problem solving, audio technology, database management and more.
These skills and experiences offer our interns a unique ground-level glimpse of the day-to- day life of a community radio station, while offering relationship building and networking opportunities that will aid in securing future employment in the music industry. All internships are unpaid.
QUALIFICATIONS – WHAT WE LOOK FOR 
sanjhi Awaaz internships are highly competitive. In general, we look for individuals who are motivated, independent workers, team players, organized, efficient, excellent communicators, comfortable on Microsoft Office applications and most importantly have a fanatical love of music, and knowledge.
Availability of 10-20 hours per week, during regular business hours (9am-6pm, Monday-Friday) is a requirement for all new interns.
