<p><strong>ANZ BUILDERS WA</strong> is a registered Builder under Building Commission of Western Australia and it is promoted by a group of highly professional and experienced Civil Engineers and Architects. Our mission is to deliver projects within allocated time frame with high standard in affordable budget reflecting honesty, integrity and transparency. We are well versed with a team of highly motivated and customer friendly professional engineers, architects, project managers, designers, drafters, sub contractors and admin staffs. Our major sub contractor is aSmart General Services (www.asmartgs.com.au) which is fully equipped with highly skilled and police cleared trade persons encompassing different trade activities related to building construction and general civil engineering works.</p>
<p>Currently the potential market for our operations will be Perth metropolitan and surrounding areas of Western Australia with a vision of expanding it in other Australian states as well. Primarily we are focusing in residential construction sector and commercial fit outs for activities including but not limited to – design and construction of new houses and granny flats, home improvements, building extension, commercial fit outs (restaurants and cafes, offices), interior design and drafting, project planning and management. We use innovative techniques and tools to deliver affordable projects on time.</p>
