Dr Shaukat completed her M.B; B.S. (Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery) degree from King Edward Medical University which is one of the most renowned universities of South-east Asia. In urge to diversify her knowledge and skills she joined Australian Health Care system in 2015 after acquiring Australian Medical Council qualifications and is now pursuing fellowship of Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.
She brings with her vast experience from working as a Medical Registrar in Queen Elizabeth II Jubilee Hospital rotating through various specialties including Cardiology and General Medicine. Through her experience in General Practice she has found special interest in Women and Child’s health including antenatal and postnatal care of mother and baby, Preventive Medicine as well as management of chronic diseases of diverse patient groups from range of cultural backgrounds.
In her spare time Dr Shaukat enjoys outdoor pursuits with family and friends and takes delight in traveling.
