I have been a practicing Doctor for 36 years.
I graduated Kabul University in 1978 from there I was in intern until 1983. Within that period I was an RMO (1979-1981) at Avecina Hospital Kabul and from 1981-1984 I was a Medical Registrar at the same hospital.
From Kabul in 1984, I travelled to Pakistan where I was a VMO at UNHCR Hospital. I was there until 1986.
From 1988 – 1995 I worked within an operating theatre in Melbourne.
I moved back to Sydney in 2001 and have worked as a GP within NSW ever since. I was a GP in Dubbo for two years, Castle Hill Towers Medical Centre for 5 years and at Regency Medical Centre for 7 years.
