Dr Noor Tahir has gained a wealth of experience through a varied career since graduating from Flinders University in 1991. She has spent many years working in Malaysia, initially as a resident, then as head of clinical GP practice, followed by eight years on the board of examiners for the Malaysian equivalent to the RACGP. Noor has also been an associate professor in family medicine and to date is a senior lecturer in family medicine. She also enjoyed helping those in need through her work as a humanitarian health volunteer in Kampuchia in 2013 and with Syrian refugees in 2014. Noor's particular area of interest in women's health. She enjoys experiencing different cultures and engages in volunteering work.
