Issues that require a physical examination are not suitable for Telehealth. Please call our rooms if you are unsure. In most instances children 5 years and you should be seen for an examination. Only symptomatic children should proceed with a Telehealth booking for screening purposes, before attending. Dr Madawala is from Sri Lanka and has worked at our clinic since 2007. He speaks English and Singhalese. On Wednesday's Dr Madawala runs a Skin Cancer Clinic within the practice. A 20 minute appointment is allowed for a full skin check. Fee for this is $97.05 (Medicare rebate $37.05). Should a lesion be suspicious for malignancy Dr Madawala is able to book you at another time for the removal of the lesion and will have it sent to pathology for testing.
