Dr Ash is a highly motivated and “patient centered” GP, with experience in caring for patients from a range of cultural backgrounds. He has a special interest in Musculoskeletal (Muscles, Joints and Back / Spine ) and Sports Medicine and coupled with a background of experience in Elderly Medicine, General Surgery and others ie ENT, Paediatrics, Eyes, Obesity, & Mental Health. Formal Education: After completing his MBBS from J.N. Medical College, Belgaum. He went ahead to do his M.S (Masters In Orthopaedics) from KMC- Manipal. Following this he was granted a life membership to the Indian Orthopaedic Association. He is also a Life member of Indian Red Cross Society and a Life member of World Orthopaedic Concern (WOC). His interest in traveling took him to S.Korea for a fellowship in Orthopaedics and Clinical Tissue Engineering Research. He then travelled to UK where he worked as an Orthopaedic surgeon, Geriatrician and a Specialty doctor in Rehab Medicine in various hospitals before completing his MRCGP from London. He has recently moved to Australia with his wife and daughter and works as a General Practitioner, and is a Fellow of The Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP). He has a keen interest in teaching and in academics. He has written various papers in peer- reviewed journals. He looks forward to providing the best possible services, and a listening ear to all his patients.
