Dr Khan studied Medicine and graduated in 1992 from University of Dhaka. He immigrated to New Zealand in 1994, and completed a Masters Degree in Public Health and a Masters in Health Sciences endorsed in Gerontology from University of Otago. After working in general practice for ten years in South Island (Banks Pennisula, North Canterbury and Marlborough regions) in new Zealand he moved to Australia to be close to his three daughters and enjoy the wonderful lifestyle of the Illawarra region. His special interests include Skin Cancer Medicine and Surgery. He enjoys working with families so he is a great addition to the ASCC team of doctors. He is also a Skin Cancer College Australasia accredited doctor.
In his spare time, he enjoys bush walking, trail running, playing tennis, kayaking and swimming.
