Dr Farinaz Mehtari completed her Medical Degree in 2005 in Tehran, Iran. She moved to Australia in 2010 to study and work. She is an experienced General Practitioner with a demonstrated history of working in the hospital and health care industry both in Iran and Australia, in rural and metropolitan areas. She is also skilled in clinical research, medical education and emergency medicine. She has been a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) since 2015.
She speaks Farsi in addition to English.
Dr Farinaz has a special interest in Women, Young Adults, Children’s Health, Skin Disease, Cosmetic Work (Antiwrinkle Injections) and Travel Advice. She also performs minor procedures, including insertion and removal of Implanon and Skin Biopsies as well as Chronic Disease Management.
She enjoys swimming, jogging and interior design in her free time.
