Keerti has always been passionate about helping others and caring for the community, which led to her pursuing Physiotherapy studies at the The University of Melbourne. Since graduating 7 years ago she has been a dedicated Physiotherapist at Top to Toe Health, with a strong focus on providing the best clinical care for her patients.
Keerti is highly experienced in treating spinal conditions (neck, upper back and low back pain) and also has an interest in the management of chronic conditions (osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis and fibromyalgia).
Having completed the DMA Clinical Pilates course, Keerti has been successfully running Group Exercise Therapy classes for over 5 years now. Her classes help people with rehabilitation following surgery and injury. Keerti also has a keen interest in treating postural problems and assists people with improving their strength and flexibility.
Keerti is in the process of completing further studies in the area of Women’s Health Physiotherapy. She is currently helping women with prenatal care, post natal care and pelvic floor dysfunction (urinary incontinence, bowel dysfunction and pelvic organ prolapse). She is also experienced in prescribing exercise programs for women during pregnancy and post pregnancy, especially following abdominal separation (diastasis recti). In her spare time Keerti practices yoga, loves to dance and is a bookworm !
