Doctor - General Practice Doctor - Skin Cancer Clinic
Dr A H Kamal or Kamal as he prefers joins our practice in January 2020. Kamal completed his MBBS from Bangladesh and migrated to Australia in 2009. He has been practising as a GP in regional Queensland since then. He obtained his RACGP Fellowship in 2013 and is currently studying a Masters - Skin Cancer Medicine with the University of Queensland. His special interest areas are chronic disease management and skin cancer care but likes the variety that general practice offers and will see patients with all ranges of problems. Kamal will work 5 days per week between our General Practice and Skin Cancer Clinic and offers late GP appointments on Wednesday evenings. He will also participate in our weekend roster.
He has 2 young children and his wife is also a General Practitioner. When he is not busy looking after his children, he is usually working on one of his (never ending!) tech projects!
