Dr Vijay completed his medical graduation and Master in Surgery (MS General surgery) and worked in the United Kingdom for 15 years (2004- 2019). He was awarded the MRCS from the Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh in 2007. He then completed his training in General Practice in the UK and was awarded the MRCGP in 2011. He went on to work as a GP partner in a large medical practice in England for 8 years. He was awarded the Fellowship of RACGP in 2019 and moved to Australia with his family. Dr Vijay has a special interest in Minor Surgery with several years of experience in general surgical procedures. He is experienced in the management of various chronic medical conditions and was the Clinical Lead for Diabetes at his medical practice in England. Dr Vijay is fluent in English, Telugu, Kannada and Hindi. In his spare time, he enjoys travelling, cycling and spending time with his family.
