Devaki has a particular interest in geriatrics and aged care, complex medical issues, diabetes management, psychiatry, palliative care, iron infusions, contraceptive counselling, and health promotion and prevention.
Devaki has previously worked at a number of hospitals, including St John of God Murdoch and Fiona Stanley Hospital, where she gained experience across a range of specialties including geriatrics and aged care, psychiatry, paediatrics, neonatology, rehabilitation and intensive care.
She has also worked in palliative care at Silver Chain’s Home Hospice and spent time as a Medical Leadership Advisor with WA Health.
She is passionate about medical education and research, medical technology and clinical service redesign.
Devaki completed her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) at the University of Western Australia in 2015 before going on to complete a Master of Public Health (MPH) and Master of Health Management (MHM) with the University of New South Wales.
